Before Intellinetics

We knew it was time to address our inefficiencies because field personnel were spending time driving to the office to get documents instead of helping our clients.

Situation

Mental Health Recovery Services (MHRS) is the local board of mental health and addiction services for Warren and Clinton Counties. They work with many community agencies to offer mental health, addiction, prevention and wellness services that help individuals recover. MHRS needed a digital solution to manage their documents because their personnel were spending an inordinate amount of time filing and tracking down records.

Solution

After seeking recommendations from the Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities, MHRS was directed to Intellinetics and their Intellivue product. The product helps to streamline the documentation and upload process for field employees, assisting them by allowing them remote access as they work.

Outcome

MHRS started with their Adult and Community Support Services department and has since rolled the software out in their Probate and Forensic departments as well. The keyword search functionality has given MHRS the capability to find documents quickly and efficiently. The program has been incredibly easy in terms of office adoption and the solutions are easily implemented across departments.
