Before Intellinetics
If we had to send files to another school, it was so expensive! We had to find the files, copy them, mail the files and then worry — what if it gets lost in transit?
Nancy Bollingberg, Superintendent
Fessenden-Bowden Public School

Situation
Fessenden-Bowdon Public School is a small facility in rural North Dakota. While the school building is from the 1930s the new Superintendent, Nancy Bollingberg, made it a priority to bring the school system into the new millennium. Bollingberg wanted the school to go paperless but many of the solutions she discovered were created for larger schools and required serious technical expertise.
Solution
In partnership with software partner Laser Systems, Intellinetics was able to assess Fessenden-Bowdon Public School’s needs and provide a solution to meet their needs: save the team time, condense the amount of space needed, increase record security, and save the school system money. IntelliCloud™ merged all of the organization’s departments into one digital workflow.

Outcome
After implementing IntelliCloud™, the Fessender-Bowdon Public School system was able to easily start the process of going paperless. The software was up and running within one hour of the initial installation and has been very user-friendly for administrators. Digitizing the old records was incredibly efficient as you can scan files on a printer and automatically sort them into a digital folder.
