Timely and effective product support is a mainstay of Intellinetics products, so we provide multiple avenues for resolution of technical issues.

Current clients with active software support and maintenance agreements may request helpdesk support for resolution of imaging procedural problems from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, excluding standard holidays. Please provide your name, e-mail address, daytime phone number and a brief description of the problem, and an Intellinetics support representative will reply within 4 business hours to begin resolution.
