products, so we provide multiple avenues for resolution of technical
issues.
Current clients with active software support and maintenance
agreements may request helpdesk support for resolution of imaging
procedural problems from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, excluding
standard holidays. Please provide your name, e-mail address, daytime
phone number and a brief description of the problem, and an Intellinetics
support representative will reply within 4 business hours to begin
resolution.
