Timely and effective support is a
mainstay of Intellinetics proactive and reactive client care
model. We provide multiple avenues for resolution of open
issues. Current customers with active software support and
maintenance agreements may request helpdesk support for resolution
of imaging procedural problems from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern
Time, excluding standard holidays.
