Client Care and Support

Timely and effective product support is a mainstay of Intellinetics products, so we provide multiple avenues for resolution of technical issues.

Current clients with active software support and maintenance agreements may request help desk support via our secure on-line Client Access Portal, which allows our clients to submit an electronic Cutomer Service Request, track the status of their service desk tickets and view additional information provided by Intellinetics. If you are an active client and do not have a Client Access Account ID please contact Intellinetics by one of the methods listed below to obtain your ID and password.

Our normal support hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday Eastern Time, excluding standard holidays.
