William "BJ" Santiago Picture William "BJ" Santiago, President & CEO
William "BJ" Santiago has over 20 years of senior executive-level management experience with an emphasis in sales, operations and M&A activities. BJ recently joined Intellinetics in September 2010, prior to that, in October 2008, BJ was hand-selected by Lexmark's CEO to launch and lead all operations for their newly formed Content Management Sales Practices for North America, which was using the Intellinetics platform. Prior to that, he served as Lexmark's Director of IT for Business Management, spanning global responsibilities for over 155 countries and fiduciary responsibilities in excess of $140 million. BJ also served 8 years as a United States Army Infantry Officer and is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
Matthew L. Chretien Picture Matthew L. Chretien, EVP & CTO (Co-Founder)
Matt Chretien has over 20 years experience in technology sales, consulting, and software product life cycle management within aerospace, public safety, government, and select commercial markets. Matt is a seasoned content management entrepreneur with strong focus on software innovation. His leadership focus areas include strategy, team development, and alliance partner expansion. He is active in the ECM industry thought leadership and corporate giving. Matt holds both a Bachelors in engineering and supplemental advanced studies in technology operations management from The Ohio State University.
Ray Shealy Picture Ray Shealy, President - Healthcare
Ray Shealy possess over 20 years of senior leadership ranging from green-field startups to Fortune 500 companies. Ray previously served as the General Manager at McKesson’s RelayHealth and in 2008 when McKesson acquired HTP Inc., an Inc. 500 and Healthcare Information Top 100 IT company, Ray served as President and CEO. Ray has held executive management positions with IBM, Deutsche Telekom, and Chrysler after he began his career in the audit practice of Ernst & Young. Ray is a graduate of the Ohio State University’s Honors Accounting Program and is a CPA.
A. Michael Chretien Picture A. Michael Chretien, VP, Corporate Counsel (Co-Founder)
Mike Chretien is the strategist behind the scenes. It is a comfortable position after 26 active years of distinguished service for the Federal Bureau of Investigations, where he scrutinized sophisticated white-collar criminal activity and worked in foreign counterintelligence operations. He has not always been undercover: Mike is also formerly a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Marines, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar after graduating from the Capital University Law School in Columbus. He is a determined advocate of organizational change, and his law enforcement experiences have made Mike keenly aware of the need for reliable data management in mission-critical environments.

Tom Moss is the founder of Intellinetics and directs all software research and development efforts. He boasts 20 years' expertise in database application design and document imaging software technologies, and was dually degreed in mathematics and computer science at the University of Wisconsin.

Mike Beck brings to Intellinetics his 17 years of IT experience including IT management, hands on technical experience, departmental management, staff development, budget development and management, network design, large scale project management, creation of new IT telecommunications department, contract negotiations, vendor management, and technology migrations. Mike has the ability and skill to consistently bring projects in on time and within budget.
Neil C. Campbell Picture Neil C. Campbell, Director, Software Products Group
Neil Campbell has 16 years experience in the Information Technology field with an emphasis in infrastructure design, software architecture, and productivity improvement solutions. Neil joined Intellinetics as a project manager in fall of 2006 and was promoted to Director of Software products in 2008. Prior to that, Neil spent 11 years at Abbott Laboratories with focus on manufacturing IT operations and warehouse management systems. He brings visionary leadership, with thoughtful interpretation, diagnosis, and resolution to complex business issues facing companies today and in the future. Neil holds a Bachelors from Ohio University and industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Extreme Networks, HP, Dell, marathon Technologies and IBM.
Jim Perry Picture Jim Perry, Director Business Development
Jim Perry has over 15 years of executive sales and marketing experience providing Electronic Content Management (ECM), Workflow, and Advanced Data Capture Solutions into the Healthcare, Government and Insurance markets throughout the United States. Prior to Intellinetics, Jim was a Senior Account Executive for ImageSoft, Inc. and was responsible for selling and developing Electronic Content Management or Electronic Document Imaging and Workflow Solutions into the Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing and Insurance Markets. Jim was personally responsible for innovating and developing a Marketing Plan for the Healthcare vertical market that resulted in ImageSoft being recognized in 2008 as #1 of 200+ reseller - integrators of OnBase ECM Software in the United States.
Robert Simmons Picture Robert Simmons, Director Business Development
Robert Simmons serves as a Director of Business Development at Intellinetics. Robert has worked in the print and imaging industry for 15 years, most recently serving as the Director of Enterprise Solution Architecture for Samsung Electronics. He has been responsible for creating programs and services that analyze vertical market requirements for document and output solutions. These offerings have identified millions of dollars in cost savings and efficiency gains. Robert has specialized in developing programs and solutions for healthcare, government, and education customers in North America. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lee University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Randy Love Picture Randy Love, Director Business Development
Randall Love serves as the Northeast Director of Business Development at Intellinetics. Over the past 10 years of his 25 year IT career, Randy’s efforts have been focused on the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) market. Most recently he worked 4 years as the VP of Sales and Business Development at an Ohio based ECM provider counting a number of complex, multi-million dollar imaging solutions to his team’s credit. He also spent 4 years as a Government Industry Manager at Hyland Software where he was credited with assisting partners on numerous high profile public sector projects as well as leading direct efforts on a statewide SAP integration deal. Prior to focusing on the ECM industry, Randy spent five years marketing mobile data software solutions to criminal justice agencies and 10 years in the commercial sector with a national systems integration firm. Early in his career Mr. Love worked as a Systems Engineer and Programmer Analyst which has transcended to the technical aptitude he brings to his current position. He is a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+), AIIM ECM Practitioner, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Youngstown State University.
